Dr. Christin Monroe is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at Landmark College, a leading institution for neurodivergent learners. With over six years of experience supporting historically underrepresented students in STEM, her work focuses on inclusive pedagogy, executive function, and accessible course design. She is a Principal Investigator on an NSF S-STEM grant examining the intersection of low-income and neurodivergence, and she integrates the Birkman Method® into mentoring and professional development. A dedicated science educator and national advocate, Dr. Monroe actively contributes to the ACS Committee on Chemists with Disabilities and promotes belonging through innovative teaching and outreach initiatives.
