Chris is an evolutionary ecologist who conducts research with the tropical stored product pest insect (Callosobruchus maculatus). He also studies how the design of laboratory curriculum influences student outcomes. He is the lead editor of Teaching Issues and Experiments in Ecology (tiee.esa.org) and a member of the 4DEE sub-committee of the Ecological Society of America
